FREEFLOWING UNPOWERED SITES

Note: Unpowered sites are free flowing and not restricted to a specific space.

PREMIUM WATERFRONT UNPOWERED SITES

Children are defined as ages 3 to 16 years old.
Peak periods require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

DAY VISITORS

$5 charge per person for day visitors.

All day visitors must be accompanied by a guest staying.

INFANTS
No Charge up to 2 years old.

PETS

Dogs on Leash welcome. No nightly charge.

Pet owners to obey park rules.

GROUP BOOKINGS

If group booking is over 4 people, please contact the office.

SITES & VEHICLES

Maximum of 4 people per site. 1 vehicle is permitted per site.

All other vehicles to park in the Guest Parking Area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A $30 Cancellation/Administration Fee will apply if you cancel your Reservation within 14 days prior to arrival.  Any monies held will be placed back onto your Client Account for a future stay. This includes all types of cancellations including inclement weather.

A 100% Cancellation Fee will apply if your Reservation is cancelled on the day of arrival or ‘no show’.

During Peak Periods (Christmas, Easter, School Holidays, long weekends etc.), no changes to booking dates nor refunds  will occur if made within 14 days prior to your arrival.

If you are asked to leave the Retreat due to unacceptable behaviour, no refunds nor credits will be provided.  
If an extreme weather event occurs (i.e. flooding, bushfire etc.), and you are instructed to evacuate your campsite and the Retreat by the Retreat Managers (or we have to cancel your stay), any monies will be placed back onto your Client Account for a future stay. No refunds can be provided.   

Any refunds allocated back to a Client Account have a 12-month Expiry date from the date of cancellation/entry.
